The page impersonates Telegram's login flow by displaying a fake 'Personal Access' (Личный доступ) screen with Telegram branding and a button stating 'Get code in Telegram' (Получить код в Telegram). The form posts to itself with no legitimate Telegram integration, matching the sealed-room phishing pattern: a fake login requesting credentials/codes from users to harvest them.
