Steps
- Confirm your account's exact MX values in the Admin Console under Tools & Configurations — the TLD depends on which Zoho data center hosts you.
- At your DNS provider, add those three MX records (host @; use the lowest TTL your provider allows while setting up).
- Remove MX entries for previous or third-party providers — Zoho: only Zoho's MX records should stay active.
Gotchas
- ⚠Changes can take 12–24 hours depending on TTL; a large TTL delays Zoho's verification.
